The Very Creativegan directed, produced and edited this 7 min promo for vegan client Crazy-bean.com to attract more vendors and customers to the exciting new vegan online marketplace. The client and founder of the Crazy-bean.com were involved in the creative conception and is the main focus of the video. She clearly and concisely expresses her expert views on the vegan marketplace, shares her personal story on how and why the business was created and highlights the benefits the online marketplace will give to vendors and customers.
The video formed part of the overall campaign which included Facebook ad and social media management.

Whenever a new format in home entertainment becomes the latest HD craze (currently it's 4k). It allows the studios and distributors to dust off its catalogue of films and re-releases it all again in shiny new packaging, with extras galore and new marketing creative.
This is a great scenario for creative agencies as we get to relive and revive some of our favourite movies and create new content that has a new vibe and energy from the previous marketing content.
We created the original AV campaign for the first DVD release of Gladiator for Universal Pictures International, so it was a thrill to go back with the HD version of the film and produce the ultimate trailer showcasing its awesomeness in picture and sound.
A huge catalogue title for Universal and one of it's most successful Blu-ray releases to date.
TANGLED - 30" TV AD
Disney animation had not had a domestic No.1 animation film since 'Beauty and Beast' and it took them taking inspiration from Pixar to deliver their first bonafide critical and financial No.1 box office smash hit with, 'Tangled'.
There was a lot of pressure riding on the film's being a success with audiences so we worked especially hard to create a TV and Radio campaign that was dynamic, original and funny.
Disney was thrilled because the film went on to gross over £25 million in the UK, creating a new style and love of their golden era while paving a new way separate from Pixar that would result in mega hits such as 'Frozen', 'Wreck it Ralph and 'Big Hero 6'.
INSIDIOUS CINEMA TRAILER & TV AD
Insidious was a horror film that really caught the imagination of cinema-goers worldwide. So much so we set up infrared cameras at preview screenings to capture the audience's terrified reactions during and after the film to include in the UK TV campaign.
Part Poltergeist and part Exorcise it went on to spawn two sequels and took over £10 million in the UK for Momentum Pictures.
THE BLUE BROTHERS - 90" BLU-RAY TRAILER
The Blue Brothers is a classic. It's a stone cold mission-from-God fact! Surprisingly it took Universal a long time to be able to release it on Blu-ray.
And, considering the 'Blu'-ray marketing angle for the film they wanted to do it justice. We were asked to create a completely new full-length trailer and tv spots for international usage highlighting the HD quality, classic comedy and musical numbers in the film.
It was a thrill to put this creative together from one of my own personal favourite films and add in some of the more unique moments.
It was a huge hit in sales for Universal and continues to be one of their top catalogue titles.

BECOMING JANE - 30" TV SPOT
What a delight to create the cinema trailer, TV and radio campaign for the coming of age story of a young Jane Austen starring Anne Hathaway, James McAvoy, Maggie Smith and Judi Dench. This film took over £10 million at the UK box office.
ALICE IN WONDERLAND - 30" TV AD
Disney's dark CGI version of Alice In Wonderland - starring Johnny Depp as the Mad Hatter, - shot to the top of the British box office to beat Avatar’s record for a UK 3D opening by 26 per cent.
It went on to smash £55 million in the UK and is still Tim Burton's biggest film of his career.
BOLT - 30" TV SPOT
Disney's family comedy smash hit 'Bolt' was it's first CGI venture away from Pixar. It's success helped pave the way for the even bigger box office hits 'Frozen', 'Big Hero 6' and 'Wreck it, Ralph'.
We had so much fun playing up the comedy between the deranged gerbil in a plastic ball and Bolt voiced by John Travolta. The film took over £20 million at the UK box office.
KILL BILL VOL I & II - 20" & 30" TV ADS
Quentin Tarantino's Kill Bill Vol I & II were two of the most exciting and challenging films to have created the TV and radio campaign for two reasons.
No-one had seen movies like this before so nailing the style and vibe was essential. And two; we had only 4 days from brief to script, edit, approval and delivery to the TV stations before being on-air.
We made it just in time without much sleep and lots of Red Bull.
The films went on to gross over £27 million at the UK box office.
HELLBOY THE GOLDEN ARMY - 30" TV AD
Hell yes! We love Hellboy and we made him kick arse and curse in this action-packed TV AD for Universal Home Entertainment.
PARANORMAL ACTIVITY - 30" TV AD
The horror phenomenon comes home for Icon Pictures quite literally. We set up private, late-night screenings of the movie on DVD to people who hadn't seen it at the cinema. Suffice to say the genuine living room screams and scares it created boosted the sales of the DVD and Blu-ray to make it one of Icon biggest home entertainment releases.
THE BOURNE ULTIMATUM
I love doing interviews with stars for promoting campaigns it's a real buzz and works great. Matt Damon was in London doing promotional duties on The Bourne Ultimatum Home Entertainment release for Universal Pictures and we had a chance to get some great footage with him.
I'm proud of the fact I got a soundbite of Jason Bourne saying. "F&@KING ACTION-PACKED" to describe the franchise. Shame we couldn't use it in the marketing campaign though but you can see it here for the first time.
FREEFORM MOTION PROMO
I was Head of Motion at Freeform London for 2 years and in that time the stellar AV team produced some kick-ass film, home entertainment, gaming and corporate campaigns.
This promo was produced to creatively tie them all together and show off our editing and on screen GFX capabilities to clients.
SKYFALL ON BLU-RAY TV AD PITCH
In the life of a top creative agency pitching for high end work is common practice and part of the fun. We had a blast creating this explosive quote led 60" TV spot for the BIGGEST Bond film ever.
THE HUNGER GAMES 30" TV AD
The Hunger Games trilogy was a global phenomenon and a massive success for Lionsgate in cinemas.
There was huge pressure on the Home Entertainment release to create a campaign that would build upon the film's mass appeal, unique story and build a fever pitch anticipation for the release in the UK.
This was the first countdown TV ad we produced to launch the extensive campaign to record sales across Blu-ray and DVD.

THE DARK HEROINE 20" ONLINE AD
We convinced Harper Collins publishing that a cool new way to market their many books was to create gripping short original filmed scenes to illustrate the story without the expense of shooting a whole movie of the book.
This tasty 20" online ad did the 'bloody' job.
WALLACE & GROMIT CURSE OF THE WERE-RABBIT - 40" TV AD
You have to love Aardman stop-motion animation and they don't come any better than the awesome Wallace & Gromit films. This campaign was an absolute joy to work on from start to finish and was kicked off with this 40" TV spot. We also created 30", 20"., 15" and 10"s.
The best part of the creative process was recording Tom Baker for the voice over. I have worked with a lot of voice-over artists and well-known actors but Tom was the funniest and most professional out of them all. He had the whole studio in tears of laughter for 2 hours solid.
DISNEY / PIXAR 'UP' - 2 min TV SPOT
Disney / Pixar 10th film together was the wonderful and often sited as the best film, 'UP'.
The story of a grumpy old man who lost his wife and lived a life less ordinary with no children in a tiny house, goes on the adventure of a lifetime with his flying house and a surprise kid as his lost sidekick.
Original, funny, moving and a genuine hard story to sell and market even with Disney and Pixar pedigree, it was decided to launch the TV campaign with a full-on original 2 min TV ad to run the entire length of the ad break at peak viewing time. This allowed us to show off all of the film's wonderful elements.
We had a wonderful time creating this 2 min ad with every trick applied in the TV spot book to make it fly.
The film took over £50 million in the UK and went on to be one of the most loved and best reviewed of the year.
Hitman Absolution Euro 2012 TV Spot [North America]
Extra time had literally run out for our Video Game client Square Enix to create a new TV ad for the newest release of their hugely successful Hitman game and I had to create a standout Hitman Absolution TV spot that was due to air during the Euro 2012 Final, July 2nd 2012 for client Square Enix.
I had been a fan of Lana Del Ray since she took the cool pop world by storm with her 'Video Games' track. I put them both together and BOOM! It was like she wrote the song for the Game. She didn't of course, but thankfully she was willing to clear it for the TV ad and we made a match in gaming visual and music heaven.

The Class of '92 Trailer - On DVD 2nd Dec
Another trailer produced in only 2 weeks with no extra time to spare. It was received with much enthusiasm from all the players, filmmakers and Universal Pictures. This DVD went on to produce record sales for this release in the UK and is still selling well year on year.
The players that inspired a generation. Class of 92 is a cinematic documentary detailing the rise to prominence and global sporting superstardom of six supremely talented young Manchester United footballers (David Beckham, Nicky Butt, Ryan Giggs, Paul Scholes, Phil and Gary Neville). The film covers the period 1992-1999, culminating in Manchester United's European Cup triumph, and dramatically interweaves and mirrors the highs and lows of its football odyssey with the immense social and cultural changes taking place in Britain at the time.
At the heart of this film is the tale of how six 14-year-old working class lads from diverse backgrounds came together to play for the same club, became the spine of the most lauded team in world football, and who throughout their period of unparalleled success remained best mates.
The film has the unique distinction of having secured unprecedented access to all six players gains new and revealing insights about each individual and this special period in British football and cultural history along with fantastic archive footage. In addition, there are numerous other high profile interviewees including Zinedine Zidane, Tony Blair, Mani from the Stone Roses, Eric Cantona and Danny Boyle.

KING KONG - 60" 2 DISC DVD TV AD
Peter Jackson’s epic retelling of the classic ‘King Kong’ took the scale, action, special effects and scope of the story to new cinematic heights.
It was a huge release for Universal Pictures but it underperformed at the cinema so the pressure was on to generate HUGE sales for the 2 DISC DVD release.
The massive international campaign kicked off with this epic 60” TV spot that showcased the great reviews, SFX and action. We also created, 40”, 30”, 20”, 15”, 10” and 5” blipverts countdown TV ads leading up the release as well as extensive radio and online advertising.
Sales smashed targets set and it was one of the biggest sellers of the year for Universal international globally.
SCOTT PILGRM VERSUS THE WORLD - 20" TV AD
Edgar Wright, UK director of ‘Shaun of Dead’, ‘Hot Fuzz’, ‘World’s End’ and more recently the brilliant ‘Baby Driver’, made his first ‘knock-out’ US movie ‘Scott Pilgrim Vs The World’ based on the cult comic with a US cast and a complete change in style and scope.
A truly unique movie that gets better with repeated viewing. We had such fun creating the TV and online campaign and it was a huge home entertainment hit for Universal Pictures International.
E.T. THE EXTRA-TERRESTRIAL - 30" VOX POPS DVD AD
Our first international campaign for Universal Pictures and it started on an absolute classic and one of my favourite movies ever. Three other creative agencies had pitched TV ads for the release of ET for the first time on DVD and Steven Spielberg was not happy with what they had done.
My creative solution we to bring ET home to audiences and people that loved him so much at the cinema and to film vox pops ad and ask people what they think of ET and why he was still so precious to them.
Well, it wasn’t hard to find willing people to genuinely say why they loved ET and his story for this timeless classic.
We won the campaign. Spielberg personally loved it and this led to Universal becoming one of our biggest clients over the next decade and beyond.
DESPICABLE ME - 20" BLU-RAY AND DVD TESCO AD
Everyone knows what a minion is now but ‘Despicable Me’ was a huge surprise global smash hit for Universal Pictures International and has become one of their highest grossing franchises.
Retailers were keen to have the family-friendly film in their stores so we created this bespoke TV ad for Tesco in the UK and it was an absolute winner to boost sales in store for the massive UK release.

We created an action and quote-packed TV and radio campaign to Quentin Tarantino’s brilliant WW2 film for a big Christmas international release for Universal Pictures.
INGLOURIOUS BASTERDS 10" - PLAY.COM BLU-RAY & DVD AD
It's not every day you get to use Adolf Hitler to comically promote a call to action and product price in a Quentin Tarantino film. But, we managed to do it in 10 secs.
This TV ad and the campaign won a BVA Award for it's simple yet fun originality and smashed sales for Universal Home Entertainment over the Christmas holidays.
PAUL - 30" FATHER'S DAY CINEMA AD & 20" BLU-RAY & DVD TV AD
Father’s Day is always a peak home entertainment sales window if you have the right film to fill the date.
For the UK smash box office hit ‘Paul’ Universal Pictures convinced Simon Pegg and Nick Frost to do a day of promoting their great sci-fi comedy, so we were lucky enough to have access to them to film this cool bespoke cinema ad.
We also created the main TV campaign and sales on Father’s Day for this release were ‘out of this world’ for Universal (sorry couldn’t resist!).
TOY STORY 2 - 30" CINEMA AD
The world embraced Disney / PIxar’s Toy Story and anticipation was high for the sequel. Toy Story 2 was originally going to be released straight to DVD but Pixar fought to have part 2 be slightly delayed and released in cinemas.
Arguably better than the first it was an amazing campaign to creatively work on and this ad played in cinema before releasing as part of the whole marketing campaign. The film went to gross over £35 million in the UK and was Disney’s biggest box office hit of the year and at the time their biggest animated film release ever.
JURASSIC PARK TRILOGY DVD TRAILER
Being an absolute film buff and Spielberg fan all my life, I was fortunate enough to get to work on some of his biggest films when they got the ultimate release on DVD and Blu-ray.
What a creative blast it was to go back and create new trailers for all these releases and it didn’t get much bigger than the Jurassic Park Trilogy Boxset.
A huge campaign international led by the TV creative and one of Universal biggest home entertainment successes.
SCHINDLER''S LIST ON DVD FOR THE FIRST TIME
Steven Spielberg's Oscar-winning masterpiece available for the first time on DVD required an emotional and classic creative execution.
Emotive captions and John Willam's beautiful score were utilised to highlight the film's sombre and inspiring style and unforgettable imaginary.
The campaign was approved and signed off by Steven Spielberg himself.
A classic release from Universal Pictures International that is one of their consistent best sellers on DVD and Blu-ray.
